The Privacy Policy below explains how Remedee Labs uses the personal information we collect when you use our websites (www.remedeelabs.com, www.fibrorem.com and www.novirem.com) and/or our services and mobile application via your personal devices.  

In this document, we will refer to you as users of our services using the pronoun “YOU” and we will refer to Remedee Labs SA using “Remedee Labs” or “WE”. We will refer to our websites, mobile application and solution as “SERVICES”.

This includes information that you choose to provide to us. You have a continuing right to access, modify and delete such personal data, although some of this data is essential to the provision of the SERVICES, including data that enables billing and delivery of our SERVICES.

Information collected automatically when you agree to use our SERVICES

  • When you browse our website, Remedee Labs collects your IP address. This data is then anonymized.
  • By using the Remedee Solution, you agree that Remedee Labs may collect the following information:
  • Identifiers of your devices necessary for the provision of the SERVICES
  • Logs of your devices necessary for the provision of the SERVICES
  • User session information
  • Mobile application authorizations
  • Mobile Analysis Events

The information collected is stored on servers under the control of Remedee Labs’ technical teams and its partners. All our providers have been selected according to the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the following criteria: reliability, security and cost .

Remedee Labs only processes data that you have consented to give us. Personal data is used by Remedee Labs’ internal teams and may be subject to internal analysis as part of our SERVICES. Remedee Labs is responsible for the processing of this data.

  1. How long is the data kept?

Your data is retained for as long as you use the SERVICES. Subject to your continued consent and without information from you, Remedee Labs retains the personal data you provide for up to 10 years after your last use of our SERVICES or after your last interaction with our staff. The data may be used for marketing purposes or for statistical analysis. Upon expiration of this time period, Remedee Labs will delete all of your personally identifiable information and remove your personal information from its mailing lists in order to terminate any unsolicited interaction with you.

Please be advised that any personal information collected by Remedee Labs will only be used to improve our SERVICES and your quality of life.  

Some non-identifying information may be shared with Remedee Labs’ partners in the course of our development (e.g., consulting agency, communications agency, information systems providers). This data will not be used for commercial purposes by Remedee Labs’ partners and will only be used in the course of their work.  When this data is shared with our partners, it is always processed and pseudonymized, according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Your personally identifiable health information is accessible only to your Remedee coach and authorized medical personnel who are subject to medical confidentiality for the sole purpose of improving your well-being. Your pseudonymized, non-identifying health data is processed to measure the effectiveness of our SERVICES and to improve their effects. You may withdraw your consent to the use of your data for these purposes of improving our SERVICES at any time.

  1. Your right to access and control your data

At any time, you have the right to access, modify or delete your personal information directly in your digital space or by requesting our customer service. You also have the right to limit how Remedee Labs uses your data by controlling authorized access and to exercise your right to portability under the GDPR by contacting the Data Protection Officer (DPO) at rgpd@remedee.com. This means that each user has the following rights:

  • Right of access – you have the right to request from Remedee Labs a copy of your personal data in an interoperable format.
  • The Right of Correction – you have the right to request that Remedee Labs correct any information that you believe is incorrect. You also have the right to request that Remedee Labs complete any information that you believe to be incomplete.
  • Right of deletion – you have the right to request that Remedee Labs delete your personal data under certain conditions after being informed of the consequences of such deletion on your continued use of our SERVICES.
  • The right to restrict processing – you have the right to request that Remedee Labs restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
  • The right to object to processing – you have the right to object to Remedee Labs processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
  • The right to data portability – you have the right to request that Remedee Labs transfer the data collected to another organization or to you, under certain conditions.

Remedee Labs tools contain links to other websites. Our Privacy Policy applies only to our tools. If you click on a link that takes you to a third-party digital space, you should therefore review their own Privacy Policy.

Remedee Labs regularly reviews its Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy was last updated on November 18, 2022 . You will be notified of any changes by email at least 10 days before they become effective.
